Grokker is an easy-to-use visual search engine. It's necessary to download Grokker; offers a free trial and costs about $50.

KartOO
KartOO is a metasearch engine with visual display interfaces. Click on OK, and KartOO lauches the query to a set of search engines, gathers the results, compiles them and represents them in a series of interactive maps through a proprietary algorithm. It's a very polished search engine, but it's possible that the search results mirror Overture paid positions. KartOO is too cool.
MusicPlasma
MusicPlasma is a great visual search engine that allows you to identify all the artists that fit your musical tastes.

Visualize the Stock Market with this handy tool.
TouchGraph
TouchGraph is one of the top visual search engines. Being shown a graph of familiar information is like looking at a map of one's meighborhood. One may have had knowledge of it by walking around, but seeing a map of the territory gives one a much better understanding of the proportions involved.
